The location was wonderful. I could easily walk to many key attractions. The staff were helpful and always available to answer questions. I really appreciated their attentiveness. I also found convenient shopping and dining options very close by.
The stairs were a bit challenging. There wasn't an elevator, made moving luggage difficult.

i had a single room which suited my needs perfectly. the location near the metro made getting around easy (a real plus for exploring). the staff was also accommodating with storing my luggage after checkout. i found it a good value overall.
there wasn't an elevator, and carrying my luggage up the stairs was a bit challenging. it wasn't a deal-breaker, but something to consider if you have heavy bags.

the stairs were a bit challenging with luggage. there was no elevator, which i did not realize when i booked. this made moving bags difficult.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly. They accommodated storing my baggage when needed. The location is great near the metro and many restaurants. The room had air-conditioning, wonderful during my summer stay.
The lobby and stairs need an upgrade. It feels a little dirty and out of date. My room was simple but felt old and musty and a little out of date, though no major complaints.
