a solid stay in a convenient spot
convenient location helpful staff
i had a single room which suited my needs perfectly. the location near the metro made getting around easy (a real plus for exploring). the staff was also accommodating with storing my luggage after checkout. i found it a good value overall.
there wasn't an elevator, and carrying my luggage up the stairs was a bit challenging. it wasn't a deal-breaker, but something to consider if you have heavy bags.

the hotel is close to the metro station. i found many shops, bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. the staff spoke english well. room cleaning was provided daily.
there were only stairs, with no elevator.

I found the location unbeatable! i was steps from major attractions. I appreciated this proximity. the room had functioning air conditioning. the front desk provided complimentary coffee and tea throughout my stay
the stairs were a bit challenging with luggage. there was no elevator, which i did not realize when i booked. this made moving bags difficult.

Excellent Location and Helpful Staff
friendly staff great location
The staff at the front desk was very friendly. They accommodated storing my baggage when needed. The location is great near the metro and many restaurants. The room had air-conditioning, wonderful during my summer stay.
The lobby and stairs need an upgrade. It feels a little dirty and out of date. My room was simple but felt old and musty and a little out of date, though no major complaints.
